The staff at reception were polite and proactive, assisting with restaurant reservations and providing extra amenities like coffee and towels without hesitation.

The presence of a nightclub at the hotel's entrance was off-putting, making our late-night returns a bit uncomfortable due to the loud crowd.

The hotel has definitely seen better days, with peeling walls and unsightly water damage everywhere. I really thought i deserved at least a room upgrade for all my trouble, but apparently, that's too much to ask for here.

The room was modern with fully equipped kitchenette as well as balcony, amazing service. There were a coffee machine and a fridge in the room too.

A great selection of options, savoury food. Neat and beautifully designed room with particularly nice views, a dining area, ironing facilities and a study table.

We would recommend to anyone. The hotel is pretty standard, has EXTRA ATTENTIVE staff with great service from the personal. The rooms are well-kept and nicely decorated with great beds.

lots of savoury options for meal. well-kept room, good-sized bathroom. incredible location in 2nd arr. district just next door to subway station as well as the paris 4 *. also, near to shopping areas-transport-museum-restaurents-cafe-french galleries.

The apartment had a cozy atmosphere with artistic touches, a large kitchen area, and a comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the availability of kitchen amenities, easy to whip up a meal or brew coffee.

I faced a few inconveniences. The air conditioning was practically non-existent, and I could hear noise from a nightclub below, disturbing my sleep. The overall maintenance of amenities left something to be desired, with some fixtures not functioning properly and the presence of unpleasant odors near the entrance.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Vendome. The staff members were polite and cute, always happy to assist. I enjoyed the serene garden view from my room.

Had a family room which was quite large, with a clean bathroom and kitchenette. AC worked good, and the beds were super comfy. Also appreciated the nearby restaurants for breakfast options just a short walk away. The staff were helpful, especially Mr Mert, who assisted me in different matters. Very cute environment.

Spacious room with great service from smiling staff! The location was fantastic, close to many attractions. Excellent housekeeping and laundry services added to the comfort of our stay at the Rayz.

My recent stay was great, especially with the lovely room amenities and the high-quality in-room coffee. the bathroom flooding issue made it a bit tricky at times. I’d consider returning.
